Marc and Betty complained that the coin toss was an unfair way to choose who would get the editor's job but at the same time they were the ones who refused to turn in the piece Daniel and Wilhelmina asked for, how were they supposed to choose fairly without a real competition ? Marc and Betty were both good at different things so it would've been more helpful to see their final piece, before that neither of them really had opportunities to show their editor skills (which is NOT the same thing as being great assistants, it wasn't fair to ask Daniel and Wilhelmina to judge them only based on that).
